Location stood out, with quick access to local attractions like the Te Papa museum and nearby eateries. However, the bathroom felt cramped, mainly due to the washing machine blocking space. No air conditioning meant some discomfort on warmer nights, though a fan was available for relief. That aside, cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were generally efficient. I'd recommend checking the room's layout beforehand to ensure it meets your needs.

The washer/dryer was complicated to operate. without proper instructions, my laundry was not dried effectively. Additionally, despite requesting a quiet room, the first unit I was assigned was right next to the lift, which disrupted my peace until I was moved to a better location.
